ΑΕΑ Heart Sine Samaritan PAD 360P

The AEA HeartSine Samaritan PAD 360P is a fully automatic defibrillator designed to operate in accordance with the latest guidelines from the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) and the American Heart Association (AHA) regarding cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and emergency cardiovascular care (ECC).

The installation of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is required in sports venues, shopping centres, municipalities, public services, schools, hotels, and other areas with a daily footfall of over 250 people.

This fully automatic defibrillator is intended for use by non-specialised personnel. While training in CPR and AED use is recommended, in an emergency, it can be operated by an untrained rescuer.

Under national law, any individual providing immediate assistance to a cardiac arrest victim, with or without an AED, is not held legally liable, even if they have not received prior training.

According to the European Resuscitation Council (ERC), if defibrillation is administered within 5 minutes of collapse, the survival rate can increase to 50% – 70%.
